Petrus Kadhikwa

Petrus is responsible for implementing appropriate cultivation practices in the growing areas. He supervises all technical aspects of the cultivation process; from optimal pruning techniques to twisting and de-leafing, as well as ensuring that the farm’s bumblebees have a happy working environment.

Because of Peter’s exceptional care and attention to detail, deficiencies can immediately be identified and improved upon. He thus ensures quality growth and strength of the crops, with each plant receiving his full care. This mindful approach to every plant allows AvaGro to get better at its work every day, to grow stronger as a team, and, ultimately, to reach higher production levels.
