When the co-founders joined forces in 2017, it was a meeting of the minds. Their vision: contributing to the advancement of agriculture in Africa through best practice implementation, local value creation, and capacity development.
As the CEO and co-founder, Leonie has the overall responsibility for the strategic direction, realisation of goals, and integration of the entire organisation to attain its sustainable growth and success. Leonie builds valuable relationships with stakeholders to foster an environment within which individuals and their teams feel enabled to work, learn from one another, and thrive together.
