& Consultancy
At AvaGro, education is a cornerstone for building prosperity and advancing sustainable development across Namibia and the broader region. With our roots deeply planted in African soil - and just as crops adapt to local conditions - we believe that educational approaches, content, and technologies must be appropriate to address the unique needs of local ecosystems for the greater collective good.
AvaGro Training Centre
Education and training form the bedrock of our operations, disseminating knowledge through workshops and classes tailored to the specific areas the teams engage in. This ranges from cultivation and irrigation techniques to the implementation of good agricultural practices and the development of new value chains.
To facilitate this, AvaGro established a dedicated training centre at the farm in Swakopmund, serving as a hub for learning and knowledge exchange.
